Are you a strategic marketer who thrives on crafting campaigns that truly influence customer behaviour? Our client is hiring a B2C Marketing Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-impact strategies across the full customer journey - from acquisition to advocacy - helping customers transition into the new era.

As the landscapes shift, you'll play a pivotal role in helping a large, diverse customer base adopt new technologies - ensuring no one is left behind.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of customer contact strategies and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver multi-channel initiatives using web, app, email, social, print, and partner comms.
  • Use customer insight, behavioural science, and creativity to design impactful strategies that move customers from early adoption to mass-market adoption.
  • Align and influence a cross-functional virtual team - ensuring delivery is joined-up, timely, and effective.
  • Champion and refine marketing approaches through a test-and-learn mindset and data-led decision-making.
  • Own campaign budgets, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop messaging that's both strategic and emotionally resonant.

Skills Needed:

  • Strong track record designing and delivering end-to-end contact strategies and marketing campaigns (who/what/when/how), with a hands-on approach across digital channels.
  • Strategic and creative thinker, passionate about using marketing to drive real-world behaviour change.
  • Experience influencing, managing, and persuading matrix teams, with confidence to get your ideas prioritised across wider business functions (line management experience a bonus).
  • Proven experience in customer lifecycle marketing - particularly driving acquisition, retention, and behaviour change.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to distil data into actionable insights using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Agile working experience (e.g., Jira) and comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or Economics (or equivalent experience).
