A global professional services group is looking for a Pensions & Benefits expert to own UK pensions delivery and elevate the employee benefits experience.
If you’re a technical UK pensions SME with sharp analytical skills, strong stakeholder confidence, and a passion for getting things right first time — this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
- Own UK DC pension scheme delivery + support international schemes
- Ensure governance, compliance, auto-enrolment and regulatory deadlines are met
- Manage third-party admins and hold them to SLAs
- Drive BAU cycles: statements, returns, audit input, trustee processes
- Handle complex member queries with clarity and care
- Administer a broad range of benefits (medical, life, wellbeing)
- Partner across HR, Payroll, HRIS to streamline operations
- Support renewals, tenders & global benefits initiatives
