A globally recognised organisation is seeking an experienced finance leader to join as Head of Group Financial Planning & Analysis.

Reporting into the Director of FP&A, this highly visible role sits at the centre of Group Finance, partnering closely with senior leadership and stakeholders across an international organisation operating in more than 100 countries. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional seeking a strategic leadership position with exposure to Executive, Board and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of Group budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
  • Delivery of management reporting and financial performance insight
  • Cash flow and balance sheet forecasting
  • Supporting long-term financial planning and scenario modelling
  • Leadership and development of the Group FP&A function
  • Partnering with finance teams globally
  • Supporting finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
  • Providing insight and analysis to Executive and Board stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Significant FP&A and financial leadership experience
  • Strong Group reporting and forecasting expertise
  • Experience within complex, international organisations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, improving reporting capability and supporting organisational growth across a truly global operation.
