We are partnered with a Law Firm who are looking for a Property Legal Secretary to join their London team.
As a Property Legal Secretary, you'll provide essential administrative and secretarial support, working closely with fee earners and other secretaries.
Assisting with conflict checks, KYC processes and anti-money laundering procedures.
Coordinating property completions and liaising with clients, agents, and third parties.
Managing property searches and document filing.
Conducting video verification calls with clients.
Working within a rota to assist with telephone duties.
At least 2 years' experience in a legal secretarial role, ideally within a property team.
A strong understanding of commercial and/or high-value residential conveyancing.
High-quality document production skills, including dictation and formatting.
