Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for change and transformation? Join the team at a law firm in London, a leading global law firm specialising in a variety of sectors including insurance, transport, construction, energy, trade, and commodities who are committed to diversity and the improvement of business practices. This is a contract role for 6 months initially.
In this role you will:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Develop strong relationships with client groups and understand business operations.
- Help drive new ways of working and bring your knowledge of Change and Transformation in business.
- Collaborate with all areas of the business and HR BPs to enhance employee engagement and culture.
- Lead employee surveys, analyse feedback, and implement action plans.
- Develop strategic workforce plans, identify skills gaps, and plan succession.
- Use HR analytics to inform decisions and measure effectiveness.
- Guide and support leaders in people management.
- Oversee Talent Management, Performance Moderation, Salary Review, and Promotion processes.
- Handle complex employee relations and mediate conflicts.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in legal, insurance or professional services.
- CIPD qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Organisational development and change management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic thinking and planning.
