Looking for a role where your HR expertise makes a real impact? We’re supporting a leading organisation within the UK defence sector, delivering mission-critical programmes. They’re looking for an HR Advisor on an 18-month temporary contract to join their team in Belfast during a key period of transformation.

The Role

A true generalist position, supporting across HRBP, Resourcing, Reward and Learning — with a strong focus on driving consistency, improving processes, and using data to shape decisions.

  • End-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle
  • Managing and advising on ER cases (disciplinary & grievance)
  • Supporting HR initiatives and campaigns
  • Using data and analytics to identify trends and improve outcomes
  • Supporting recruitment and talent management activity
  • Identifying risks and supporting HRBPs with insight-led recommendations

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes & ER case management
  • Confident working with data / Excel / reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • HR qualification (CIPD 7 desirable)
  • Eligible for security clearance
