We’re partnering with a global, listed organisation based in London to appoint an experienced Payroll Manager on an interim or permanent basis. This role has responsibility for UK and international payrolls, leading a small team and overseeing payroll, benefits, pensions and share-related payments in a complex, multi-country environment.

Key highlights:

  • Ownership of large UK payrolls plus multiple overseas payrolls
  • Line management of payroll staff
  • UK year-end, P11D/payrolled benefits & share vesting payrolls
  • Benefits administration and DC pension oversight
  • Close collaboration with HR, Finance and external providers

About you:

  • Strong end-to-end UK payroll experience
  • Exposure to international payrolls
  • Knowledge of share schemes essential
  • Excellent Excel and stakeholder management skills
  • Payroll systems experience (ResourceLink / ADP Celergo desirable)
