We’re partnering with a global, listed organisation based in London to appoint an experienced Payroll Manager on an interim or permanent basis. This role has responsibility for UK and international payrolls, leading a small team and overseeing payroll, benefits, pensions and share-related payments in a complex, multi-country environment.
Key highlights:
- Ownership of large UK payrolls plus multiple overseas payrolls
- Line management of payroll staff
- UK year-end, P11D/payrolled benefits & share vesting payrolls
- Benefits administration and DC pension oversight
- Close collaboration with HR, Finance and external providers
About you:
- Strong end-to-end UK payroll experience
- Exposure to international payrolls
- Knowledge of share schemes essential
- Excellent Excel and stakeholder management skills
- Payroll systems experience (ResourceLink / ADP Celergo desirable)
