Are you a commercially astute finance professional with a passion for data, forecasting, and business partnering? We're working with a global consultancy in the financial services space that's looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join its high-performing finance team in London.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own and lead FP&A activities, including monthly forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
- Deliver insightful MI and P&L reporting to senior stakeholders using Anaplan as the primary tool.
- Build robust financial models and dashboards to support decision-making across the business.
- Analyse complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and finance systems.
- Partner with senior leaders across departments to provide clarity on business performance and help shape strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For:
- Several years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in FP&A or commercial finance roles.
- Proven management experience with the ability to lead and develop a team.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with financial modelling and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan or similar forecasting/reporting tools.
