Job Title: FP&A Manager

We are partnered with a company who are seeking an FP&A Manager to join their London Finance team. This is a high-impact role where you\’ll drive commercial insight, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making at a business-wide level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
- Build and automate real-time dashboards and reporting tools.
- Provide analysis and insight to support pricing and commercial strategy.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to improve visibility and data use.
- Support the implementation of scalable, automated financial systems.
- Deliver reporting on key commercial metrics including profitability and performance.
- Mentor and support finance team members.
Requirements:
- Full or part qualified with minimum of 3 years experience qualified with 2-5 years PQE or 5+ years QBE.
- Strong experience in FP&A, financial modelling, and business partnering.
- Proficient with financial systems and data visualisation tools.
- Commercially minded with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
