We are partnered with a travel company who are looking for a Senior Forecast Manager to join their London team. In this role you’ll be responsible for producing detailed forecasts, continuously improving methodologies and ensuring that forecasts are robust, accurate and widely understood across the business. You’ll work closely with internal/external stakeholders and senior leadership to provide critical insight into passenger demand and capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver medium- and long-term passenger forecasts to support business and strategic planning.
  • Use advanced data sources and forecasting techniques to improve forecast accuracy and value.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to develop innovative forecasting models.
  • Provide regular analysis and reporting to senior management, executive leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop junior analysts, fostering expertise in forecasting and capacity planning.
  • Engage with external experts, industry partners, and data providers to continually enhance forecasting capability.

About You:

  • Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics; training in statistics or forecasting is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound commercial decisions.
  • Experience developing and delivering forecasts that inform business strategy and policy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present complex ideas to senior audiences.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, and data analysis tools; experience with programming, machine learning, or big data analytics is desirable.
  • A strong understanding of macroeconomic trends and the broader commercial environment.
