We are delighted to work in partnership with a global leader in the literary media to hire an experienced HR Business Partner with expertise in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) to drive their long-term goals and DEI principles to all aspects of their workplace culture and company goals.
This role will encompass all aspects of the HR lifecycle including:
- Change management
- Annual review processes
- Systems implementation
- Talent acquisition
- Performance reviews
This will sit alongside designing and delivering DEI programs to the whole business. Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating focus groups and training to develop inclusive practices for current employees
- Working closely with the Talent Acquisition teams to attract candidates from underrepresented groups
- Representing the business externally for EDI initiatives
This exciting role will require the ideal candidate to have a background in HR and DEI practices including the latest legislation and the ability to use a data-driven approach to design programs that will drive change and innovation.
