Job Description
We're working with a high-growth HR tech company that's helping organisations transform how they support and develop their people. They’re now looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving customer engagement, platform adoption, and long-term impact.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strategic relationships with People and HR leaders and is motivated by delivering real value through technology and service.
You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, partnering with HR and People stakeholders to understand their goals, drive adoption of the platform, and ensure they see measurable results. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, using insights and data to inform engagement strategies, while collaborating internally to continuously improve the customer experience.
They are looking for 2+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role (ideally in HR tech, SaaS, L&D, or similar), and experience working with senior stakeholders in People or HR functions
