What you\’ll do:

• Build, test, and optimise personalised CRM campaigns using Braze
• Create and curate engaging content across email, on-device, and web
• Collaborate with major broadcast partners
• Analyse performance and deliver actionable insights

What you\’ll bring:

• Hands-on CRM/email marketing experience
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Knowledge of customer lifecycle journeys and A/B testing
