This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global business environment, supporting the design, delivery, and analysis of compensation activities. Being a key point of contact for compensation data, analysis, and reporting, supporting both business leaders and HR. You’ll work with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, ResourseLink, and Payscale Curo, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insightful reporting for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyse compensation data, producing reports for senior management and regulatory requirements (e.g. gender pay gap, CEO pay ratio).
  • Maintain salary benchmarking tools and provide market trend analysis.
  • Manage global annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, bonus allocation, and share scheme administration.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR teams on reporting, compliance, and cost analysis.
  • Provide data insights to support strategic compensation decisions.

  • Proven experience with HR systems and compensation tools (e.g. SuccessFactors, ResourseLink, Payscale Curo).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and present complex data to stakeholders.
