I'm currently partnering with a highly respected international executive search firm that is investing in the next phase of its growth. The business advises founders, investors and leadership teams of some of the world's fastest-growing technology companies, delivering retained Board, C-suite and senior leadership appointments across the UK, Europe and North America. As part of this expansion, I'm looking to speak with exceptional individuals across several levels.
- Graduate Associate β c.Β£32,000
Ideal for high-calibre graduates with excellent academics, commercial awareness and an interest in technology, business and executive search. - Associate β Β£35,000βΒ£40,000
Approximately one year's experience within executive search, research or talent intelligence, looking to develop within a market-leading retained search environment. - Senior Associate β c.Β£43,000
Typically 2β4 years' executive search experience with strong research, candidate engagement and search delivery skills.
These are delivery-focused positions, working alongside experienced Partners on international executive search assignments rather than traditional sales-led recruitment. If you're intellectually curious, enjoy solving complex hiring challenges and want exposure to Board and C-suite appointments within high-growth technology businesses, I'd be delighted to have a confidential conversation. Please apply directly or get in touch for more information.
