We’re looking for an experienced Conference Producer to step into a 3‑month interim assignment, taking full ownership of high‑profile B2B conferences in the finance / professional services space. This is a hands‑on, content‑led role for someone who can hit the ground running — shaping agendas, securing senior speakers, and leading delivery from concept to live event.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning conferences end‑to‑end as Project Lead
- Breaking down audience personas to drive content and agenda design
- Creating and owning the content strategy for each event
- Designing compelling, commercially focused agendas
- Proactively sourcing, onboarding and managing senior‑level speakers
- Leading cross‑functional teams through to live delivery
- Running the event onsite and producing post‑event insight
This role is only suitable if you can confidently say yes to:
- You build events around clearly defined audience personas
- You’ve led conference teams as the project manager, start to finish
- You’ve been solely responsible for agenda creation and speaker onboarding
- You’ve produced conferences within a large organisation, not agency‑side
About you:
- Proven Conference Producer (B2B / finance / investment / professional services)
- Strong content‑first background (not operations‑only)
- Commercially minded and confident with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced interim role
- Confident using AI and modern tools to improve research and content
