A cutting‑edge tech platform is embarking on a major agility uplift programme and is seeking a hands‑on coach to join them on‑site in Manchester for a 3‑month engagement starting in April.
Are you an experienced Agile Coach who thrives in fast‑paced transformation environments? This is an opportunity to work directly with multiple product and engineering teams, helping them embed foundational agile practices while shaping ways of working that will have long‑lasting impact across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to embed baseline agile practices into day‑to‑day delivery.
- Coach 2–3 teams in 12‑week transformation cycles, supporting them through adoption, experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with team leaders to define target conditions, success measures and coaching plans.
- Track and evidence coaching impact, using agreed frameworks and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal trainers to ensure smooth transition from training to in‑team application.
- Identify opportunities to advance teams beyond foundational practices and strengthen agile maturity.
- Contribute to a growing coaching community by sharing insights, challenges and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experienced Agile Coach with a proven track record supporting multiple teams in complex environments.
Required Skills
- Strong grounding in agile values, principles, practices, mindsets and modern product ways of working.
- Confident in coaching at team and leadership level, with clear communication and influencing skills.
- Able to design measurable coaching plans and demonstrate improvement over time.
