We are partnered with a specialist lender operating within the bridging and development finance market seeking experienced, results-focused Business Development Managers to join its growing team. This is a front-line, revenue-generating role suited to individuals with a strong broker network and proven origination track record.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Originating bridging, refurbishment and development loan opportunities through an established broker network.
- Managing a personal pipeline from enquiry through to completion.
- Building and strengthening relationships with brokers, introducers and developers to maximise origination volumes.
- Identifying new business opportunities through networking, referrals and proactive outreach.
- Representing the lender at broker meetings, networking events and industry conferences.
- Working closely with credit, underwriting and operations teams to structure and progress deals efficiently.
- Providing market insight to support product development and regional growth strategy.
Essential experience:
- Proven track record in originating bridging and or development finance deals.
- Established broker and introducer network within the relevant region.
- 3 to 5 years’ sales experience within financial services, ideally specialist lending.
- Strong relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and commercially driven approach.
