Job Title: Business Development Specialist Location: London Hybrid Weβre seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Specialist to join a leading financial services provider specialising in asset servicing. This is a client-facing role focused on supporting their growth by driving new client acquisition and expanding service offerings across target markets Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with commercial strategy and client selectivity policies. Represent the business externally at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows. Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and IT. Negotiate service terms, prepare pricing proposals, and ensure the administrative and legal completeness of new client files. Oversee onboarding processes and ensure compliance with KYC and risk assessment protocols. Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to ensure commercial competitiveness. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within asset servicing, banking, or financial services. Strong understanding of financial products and services. Skilled in prospecting, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements. Familiarity with compliance regulations, risk evaluation, and KYC procedures.
