We are supporting a global leader within the defence and aerospace industry in the recruitment of an HR Advisor for an initial six-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This role will support the HR Business Partnering team and offers a broad mix of HR administration, employee relations, recruitment support, reporting and HR systems work.
You will play a key role in ensuring HR policies and processes are applied consistently while providing practical support and advice to managers and employees.
- Support HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR activities
- Provide guidance on absence management, disciplinary processes and employee relations matters
- Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle
- Process employee changes and HR transactions through Workday and SAP
- Support recruitment activities and liaise with hiring managers
- Produce HR reports and analyse workforce data to identify trends and risks
- Support performance review, talent management and wellbeing initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Previous HR experience within a generalist HR role is required, along with experience supporting employee relations cases. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, strong Excel and reporting skills, and experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP or similar platforms are essential.
An initial 6-month contract with potential for extension, competitive hourly rates, broad HR generalist experience, supportive team environment and excellent development opportunity.
