We are partnering with a global FMCG organisation to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile global packaging transformation project. This is a business-focused project role, not an IT PM position. You will work across multiple regions, functions and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of packaging-related initiatives that drive commercial and operational impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of a global packaging project from planning through to implementation
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communications and governance activities
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues and roadblocks
- Track progress against key deliverables and provide regular leadership updates
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and achieve intended business outcomes
- Manage external suppliers and internal business stakeholders where required
About You
- Proven Project Manager with experience delivering packaging, product change, product innovation or supply chain projects within FMCG
- Strong track record managing complex, global, cross-functional programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Able to drive delivery without direct authority
