Role Overview:
As a Senior Paid Social Executive, you’ll work within the Digital team to manage end-to-end paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, Twitter, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
You’ll collaborate with the Paid Social Manager and other specialists to optimize campaigns, ensure performance aligns with client KPIs, and provide insightful reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting campaign planning, optimization, and management to meet client goals.
- Analyzing campaign performance and delivering data-driven insights.
- Testing new strategies (e.g., audience targeting, bidding, creative) to improve results.
- Auditing social accounts for performance gaps and recommending improvements.
- Building client relationships by presenting campaign insights and results.
- Staying updated on media trends and tools through partner training (e.g., Meta, TikTok).
- Contributing to the broader marketing strategy by understanding the role of social media.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years’ experience in managing paid social campaigns.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and accurate reporting.
- Ability to work well within a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
