What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
  • Architect across multiple Salesforce clouds including Commerce, Service, Experience, and Order Management.
  • Integrate Salesforce seamlessly with other core business platforms across the enterprise.
  • Guide development teams, ensuring best practice and high-quality delivery.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimise architecture performance.
  • Own technical governance, non-functional requirements, and security best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Mentor team members and support a culture of continuous learning.
  • Stay ahead of platform innovations and bring fresh thinking to the table.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect within a large-scale, fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Order Management.
  • Strong technical foundation with skills across APEX, Java/.Net, and database design.
  • Experience designing eCommerce and digital experience platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud is a bonus.
  • Confident communicator who thrives in collaborative settings.
  • Salesforce certifications across Core/Commerce are essential.
