Paid Social Manager\\nLocation: London (Hybrid)\\nSalary: Up to £42,000 depending on experience\\nJob Type: Full-time, Permanent\\n\\nA forward-thinking independent media agency is seeking an experienced Paid Social Manager to join its high-performing Activation team. In this role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of paid social campaigns, working across multiple platforms and verticals, and contributing to broader digital strategies.\\n\\nThis is a Planner/Buyer role with the opportunity to expand into other digital channels such as influencer marketing and PPC, depending on your career goals and business needs.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nYou'll be responsible for planning, activating, optimising, and reporting on paid social campaigns. Beyond execution, this role requires strategic thinking, strong client management skills, and the ability to transform complex briefs into effective social media strategies.\\n\\nYou'll collaborate closely with internal teams (Planning, Data, and other media specialists), and engage directly with clients.

The role also involves strategic consulting, audits, and temporary support for clients handling social activity in-house.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nManage and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)\\n\\nTranslate client objectives into actionable social strategies\\n\\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams\\n\\nIdentify and integrate market trends and platform updates into media plans\\n\\nProvide clear performance insights and actionable recommendations\\n\\nSupport onboarding of new clients and participate in new business pitches\\n\\nContribute to internal process improvements and training initiatives\\n\\nEnsure accurate and timely billing and campaign reconciliation\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\n2.5+ years' experience in paid social media\\n\\nProficient in managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms\\n\\nExperience with performance and brand campaigns\\n\\nFamiliar with advanced campaign tracking, including CAPI, tag management, and GA4\\n\\nStrong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights\\n\\nExperience managing brand uplift studies and working with reporting dashboards\\n\\nCommercially minded, highly organised, and adaptable\\n\\nComfortable presenting to clients and internal stakeholders\\n\\nPassionate about the media landscape and proactive in self-development\\n\\nWhat's on Offer\\n\\nSalary up to £42,000 (DOE)\\n\\nA collaborative and supportive working culture\\n\\nHybrid working (London-based HQ)\\n\\nInvestment in training and development\\n\\nThe chance to work with innovative clients, including start-ups and scale-ups\\n\\nInventum Group is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
