We are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive EA/PA to support senior leaders within a fast‑paced, global tech company. You will provide exceptional executive support across scheduling, planning, communications, and operational coordination - removing administrative friction so leadership can focus on strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, prioritising time based on business needs
- Oversee full travel logistics, itineraries, travel packs, visas and expenses
- Prepare executive documents, presentations, agendas, and briefing materials
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage incoming correspondence, requests and invitations on behalf of the leadership team
- Ensure smooth daily operations by anticipating needs and resolving issues quickly
Operations, Events & Communication
- Organise team events, offsites, leadership meetings, tech talks and internal sessions
- Schedule and coordinate global meetings, ensuring materials and rooms are ready
- Support internal communications and identify opportunities to improve knowledge flow
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance processes and operational efficiency
- Assist with global initiatives including logistics, attendee coordination and execution
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years' experience as an EA, PA, Business Support or Administrative Partner (tech or consulting preferred)
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills
- Would love experience working with a HR leader
- Excellent relationship‑building abilities across all levels
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast‑moving tech environment
- High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills
- Discreet, trustworthy and confident handling confidential information
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office
- Experience with tools like Zoom, Workday, Concur, DocuSign
