Overview: We are partnering with a growing international professional services organisation to recruit an EU Operations Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative business in a key leadership role, supporting operational excellence and business growth across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day UK office operations, facilities and vendor relationships.
- Lead, mentor and develop an Operations team member.
- Coordinate office logistics, meetings, events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities in partnership with HR.
- Act as a key operational contact for internal teams across the business.
- Lead operational projects that support business growth and organisational effectiveness.
- Support regional workforce planning and staffing processes.
- Partner with Finance to manage budgets and operational spend.
- Produce operational reporting and monitor key business metrics.
- Oversee expense management and timesheet compliance processes.
- Collaborate with international People and Operations teams to improve processes and ways of working.
Requirements:
- Experience managing office operations and facilities within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Previous people management experience.
- Experience supporting recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
- Budget management and operational reporting experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
