Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

Overview: We are partnering with a growing international professional services organisation to recruit an EU Operations Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative business in a key leadership role, supporting operational excellence and business growth across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day UK office operations, facilities and vendor relationships.
  • Lead, mentor and develop an Operations team member.
  • Coordinate office logistics, meetings, events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities in partnership with HR.
  • Act as a key operational contact for internal teams across the business.
  • Lead operational projects that support business growth and organisational effectiveness.
  • Support regional workforce planning and staffing processes.
  • Partner with Finance to manage budgets and operational spend.
  • Produce operational reporting and monitor key business metrics.
  • Oversee expense management and timesheet compliance processes.
  • Collaborate with international People and Operations teams to improve processes and ways of working.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing office operations and facilities within a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Experience supporting recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
  • Budget management and operational reporting experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
