We're partnering with a growing, purpose-led organisation to recruit a Learning & Development Partner. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation, you'll design and deliver impactful learning initiatives that build capability, support career development and help teams perform at their best. The Role As Learning & Development Partner, you'll create engaging learning experiences that support both individual and organisational growth. From management and leadership programmes to onboarding, technical training and career development initiatives, you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience. Key Responsibilities Design and facilitate engaging training workshops covering management, leadership, business skills and personal effectiveness Develop blended learning solutions including workshops, eLearning content, guides and learning resources Support management development programmes, mentoring initiatives and career pathway projects Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and deliver practical learning solutions Support the development and continuous improvement of onboarding programmes Manage learning activities through the LMS, including content administration, scheduling, reporting and learner tracking Measure learning effectiveness through feedback, engagement data and business impact metrics Build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure learning initiatives align with business objectives About You Experience within Learning & Development, Talent Development or Training Strong facilitation and presentation skills Experience designing and delivering both soft skills and technical learning programmes Ability to create engaging, practical and user-focused learning content Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working with employees at all levels What's On Offer?
