We're partnering with a leading organisation at the heart of UK broadcast media to find an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to join their Communications & External Affairs team. This is a high-profile role focused on shaping corporate reputation, driving advocacy campaigns, and building a strong presence across media, industry and stakeholder audiences - all within a fast-moving, purpose-led broadcast environment.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in developing and delivering corporate communications strategies that support the future of free-to-access broadcast media. Working closely with senior leaders and industry partners, you’ll lead thought leadership, manage media relations, and deliver impactful campaigns across owned and earned channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated corporate communications and advocacy campaigns
- Develop and manage corporate social media strategy across LinkedIn, X and owned platforms
- Generate and place corporate news stories, opinion pieces and thought leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, stakeholders and opinion formers
- Support senior leaders with messaging, briefings and public speaking opportunities
- Play a leading role in reputation and crisis communications
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of industry and corporate events
- Measure, evaluate and report on communications effectiveness
About You
- Proven experience in corporate communications (agency or in-house)
- Exceptional writing, storytelling and presentation skills
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and complex subject matter
- Strong understanding of digital and social communications
- Experience within media, broadcasting, technology or adjacent industries is highly desirable
- Proactive, organised, collaborative and creatively minded
