A highly regarded Central London Local Authority is seeking an Insurance Claims Officer to join their specialist Insurance & Risk team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience across insurance claims, legal support, housing claims, investigations or dispute resolution who are looking to build a long-term career within a supportive public sector environment. Key Responsibilities
- Investigating liability and insurance claims
- Managing housing, highways and personal injury claims
- Assessing acceptance or denial of legal liability
- Gathering evidence and witness statements

- Handling MOJ portal claims
- Supporting litigation and court preparation
- Maintaining accurate claims databases and records

- Previous experience within insurance claims, legal support, investigations, housing claims or dispute resolution
