A global chemical business is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to jump in and make an immediate impact. If you're confident, data-savvy and strong on ER, this role puts you at the heart of UK people operations.

What You'll Do

  • First-line support for ER: disciplinary, performance, absence & general HR queries
  • Drive people processes: performance cycle, compensation, Workday actions
  • Build reports & turn data into actionable insight
  • Support policy rollout & coach managers on HR systems/processes
  • Partner on UK-wide HR initiatives, training & change projects
  • Act as first contact for recruitment activity

You will need

  • Solid HR generalist + strong UK ER experience
  • HR systems knowledge (Workday a bonus)
  • Data-driven mindset & confident with MS Office
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • CIPD or global experience desirable
  • High-visibility HR role in a global, fast-paced environment
  • Broad remit + genuine influence
  • Hybrid, collaborative team + occasional site travel
