An outstanding opportunity for a Fund Accountant to join an international alternative investment manager during a major growth milestone. The firm will manage $1.3bn across four private credit funds and is building out its Luxembourg capability with this newly created role.
This position suits someone who is hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable working in a lean environment where you will genuinely influence processes, controls, and reporting standards.
The Role
- As Fund Accountant, you will take responsibility for NAV oversight, Luxembourg financial statements, SPV accounting, cash movements through multi-entity structures, and a range of administrative and compliance-related tasks.
- You will work closely with the Luxembourg Senior Fund Accountant and the wider global operations team, with strong exposure to service providers and investment professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Fund Accounting & NAV Oversight: Review and oversee monthly NAVs produced by service providers. Ensure accuracy of valuations, reconciliations and reporting files.
- Luxembourg Financials & SPVs: Prepare financial statements for Luxembourg SPVs. Maintain intercompany ledger accuracy and monitor entity-level performance.
- Cash Management: Coordinate and execute cash movements through fund and SPV structures. Monitor balances, prepare wires and maintain cash flow oversight.
- Administrative & Compliance Tasks: Manage documentation, filing, regulatory correspondence and audit requests. Support KYC/AML workflows (experience highly desirable but not essential).
- Process Improvement: Contribute to automation, system improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- 2-4+ years' experience in fund accounting within a fund administrator, asset manager or audit environment.
- Background in private credit, real assets or alternatives is an advantage but not required.
- Finance or accounting qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, OEC etc.).
- Strong understanding of fund structures, NAV calculations or Lux SPV accounting.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a lean team with evolving responsibilities.
- Strong communicator with high integrity and collaborative mindset.
- KYC/AML experience is a plus, or willingness to develop capability.
