Job Title: FP&A Manager Location: London Salary: £45k-£50k We are partnered with a company who are seeking an FP&A Manager to join their London Finance team. This is a high-impact role where you\’ll drive commercial insight, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making at a business-wide level. Key Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles. Build and automate real-time dashboards and reporting tools. Provide analysis and insight to support pricing and commercial strategy. Partner with stakeholders across departments to improve visibility and data use. Support the implementation of scalable, automated financial systems. Deliver reporting on key commercial metrics including profitability and performance. Mentor and support finance team members. Requirements: Full or part qualified with minimum of 3 years experience qualified with 2-5 years PQE or 5+ years QBE. Strong experience in FP&A, financial modelling, and business partnering. Proficient with financial systems and data visualisation tools. Commercially minded with excellent analytical and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
