The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

We are partnered with a Banking Client who are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team and help drive financial performance, provide strategic insights, and support cost optimisation across the business. This role will work closely with key stakeholders to analyse costs, enhance efficiencies, and support decision-making.

Hybrid position - 2-3 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and cost analysis.
  • Monitor, forecast, and control costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses.
  • Support strategic planning and investment decisions through financial modelling.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and controls.

Key Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering or cost-focused role.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
