I'm currently working with a fantastic client who is looking for an experienced Employer Brand Lead to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering a global employer branding strategy in partnership with a leading employer brand agency.
As the Employer Brand Lead, you'll be instrumental in enhancing my client's reputation as an employer of choice. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Communications, Brand, and People teams to define a clear vision and strategy for attracting, engaging, and retaining top global talent. This role combines strategic thinking, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the employer brand is authentic, engaging, and consistent across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Leadership - Lead the development of a global employer brand strategy that reflects the company's values, culture, and objectives.
- Talent Attraction - Collaborate with the employer brand agency to deliver standout recruitment marketing campaigns and ensure a smooth, engaging candidate journey.
- Content & Storytelling - Co-create inclusive and compelling content (blogs, videos, social posts) that brings the EVP and employee stories to life.
- Digital & Social Media - Manage presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Instagram, and help launch an employee advocacy programme.
- Insights & Optimisation - Leverage data and insights from the brand agency to measure impact and continuously refine the approach.
- Internal Engagement - Drive employee advocacy and alignment through internal comms, recognition initiatives, and locally relevant brand campaigns.
- Work alongside People leadership, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Comms teams to ensure consistent employer brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Oversee the production and distribution of high-quality content in collaboration with external creative partners.
- Build and manage an employee advocacy strategy to boost authentic storytelling and enhance organic reach.
- Use performance analytics to guide optimisation and stay ahead of trends in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Support global People teams with initiatives focused on engagement, recognition, and internal branding.
