Interim Executive Assistant - Sport Sector (Short-Term Contract)

We're looking for an exceptional Interim Executive Assistant to support a senior leader driving people, performance and culture at the heart of the sport sector. This is a unique short-term opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-profile environment where no two days look the same.

As the trusted right hand to a Director operating across high-performance programmes, you'll shape their time, manage critical relationships, and keep the engine running smoothly across a busy portfolio of strategic activity. What you'll be doing

  • Managing a complex diary and inbox, ensuring the Director is always one step ahead
  • Acting as the gateway for senior stakeholders across the sport system
  • Preparing briefings, intelligence and communications on behalf of the Director
  • Supporting budget oversight, departmental planning and key events
  • Coordinating national and international travel to major sporting activities
