A global chemical business is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to jump in and make an immediate impact. If you're confident, data-savvy and strong on ER, this role puts you at the heart of UK people operations.
What You'll Do
- First-line support for ER: disciplinary, performance, absence & general HR queries
- Drive people processes: performance cycle, compensation, Workday actions
- Build reports & turn data into actionable insight
- Support policy rollout & coach managers on HR systems/processes
- Partner on UK-wide HR initiatives, training & change projects
- Act as first contact for recruitment activity
You will need
- Solid HR generalist + strong UK ER experience
- HR systems knowledge (Workday a bonus)
- Data-driven mindset & confident with MS Office
- Strong stakeholder management
- CIPD or global experience desirable
- High-visibility HR role in a global, fast-paced environment
- Broad remit + genuine influence
- Hybrid, collaborative team + occasional site travel
