Role Overview: We are looking for a Client Engagement Specialist to join our in-house legal team and be responsible for reviewing and drafting client engagement terms, outside counsel guidelines, and related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review non-standard client engagement terms and contract documents/contracts to facilitate approval from firm management
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client engagement terms and questions for attorneys and assistants
  • Assist in the identification, resolution, and clearance of conflicts of interest issues

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in an industry-related field or law degree (preferred)
  • At least 2-3 years of legal experience preferred
  • Previous experience reviewing and drafting contracts preferred
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and writing skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
