This is a senior, entrepreneurial opportunity for an experienced growth capital adviser or investor who wants greater ownership, autonomy and personal economics than a traditional banking or advisory platform can typically offer. The firm has built a highly regarded position within the UK venture and fundraising ecosystem, advising high-growth companies and investors and completing more than 65 transactions since launching. It has an established network of over 3,500 VCs, CVCs, family offices and lenders . The successful candidate will take ownership of the firm's £20m-£200m growth-stage fundraising activity , with responsibility across origination, execution, strategy and ultimately building the team.
