We're hiring an Export Coordinator to join a high-performing supply chain team within a global FMCG leader . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced logistics work, owns their processes, and communicates with clarity and confidence. What you'll be doing
Managing export bookings across the UK & EU
Creating accurate export shipping documentation
Sales order creation etc
Tracking & tracing global shipments
Liaising with carriers, load sites & internal teams
Ensuring full compliance and complete auditable files
Handling customer queries with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
Keeping data accurate across systems
What we're looking for
1-2 years' experience in import and export, freight forwarding, or ocean logistics
Experience with SAP and excel essential
Confident communicator, organised, and detail-focused
Comfortable owning customer operational relationship
Strong in detail, accuracy, and documentation
Able to handle complexity and multiple orders
Fluent English & strong MS Office skills
