We’ve got an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive Events Administrator to join our buzzing Marketing Team! As part of the team that brings our brand to life, you’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering events that connect us with customers, showcase our story and support our marketing campaigns. Event Booking and Coordination
  • Book new and existing Sign in & Exhibitor events, liaising with event managers and the sales team to evaluate event details and costs to decide on bookings.
  • Negotiate favourable rates/deals with event contacts to ensure it is cost effective to attend.
  • Create event campaigns/projects on CRM, raise purchase orders, complete booking forms, and generate calendar invites.
  • Manage which account managers/resellers will attend events.
  • Liaise with event contacts to determine specific setups for their events.
Lead Generation & Feedback forms
  • Create lead generation forms linked to the CRM for exhibitor events.
  • Send feedback forms post event to account managers and collate data for future reference.
Collaboration and Logistics
  • Liaise with the Junior Graphic Designer to develop custom event skins.
  • Co‑ordinate with the Configuration team on event kit setups and the Warehouse Lead on the delivery and collection of kits.
  • Send custom event invites using the Event Manager system.
  • Monitor kit collections and arrange recollections as necessary.
  • Manage event merchandise stock levels and co‑ordinate event stock refreshes.
Desired skills and experience
  • Proven experience supporting or coordinating events, ideally within a marketing or communications team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with great interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
  • Comfortable working with suppliers, venues and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Creative flair and an eye for brand consistency across event materials and experiences.
  • Flexibility to occasionally travel or support events outside of standard hours.
