We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in inventory management, stock control and warehouse operations, who can take ownership of stock accuracy and ensure all movements are properly recorded and documented.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organise all warehouse stock efficiently and accurately..
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records..
- Accurately record all inbound, outbound and warehouse to store stock movements..
- Conduct regular stock counts and investigate and resolve discrepancies..
- Prepare and maintain official warehouse, inventory and stock documentation..
- Use ERP and POS systems to record and monitor inventory movements..
- Coordinate stock transfers between the warehouse and retail store..
- Work closely with management and the store team to ensure stock requirements are met..
- Respond to stock-related requests and follow up promptly..
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional warehouse environment..
- Ensure all stock is stored, handled and transferred correctly..
Requirements
- Proven experience in inventory control, stock management, warehouse operations or storekeeping..
- Strong understanding of stock control procedures and inventory management..
- Experience using ERP and POS systems is essential..
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy..
- Strong organisational and time-management skills..
- Confident using Microsoft Office and Outlook/email professionally..
- Ability to identify stock discrepancies and take appropriate action..
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills..
- Reliable, responsible and able to work independently..
- Ability to work effectively with management and wider store teams..
