Are you a Business Analyst with a passion for software delivery, digital transformation and solving complex business challenges?
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a growing technology team delivering innovative software solutions across enterprise environments. You'll work closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Architects and key business stakeholders to shape requirements and help deliver high-quality digital products.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in Agile environments and wants to play a key role in transforming business needs into scalable technology solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Gather, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and technical specifications
- Map As-Is and To-Be business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects and QA teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle
- Support solution design and system integration activities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives
- Assist with testing, UAT and solution validation
- Support digital transformation and software implementation projects from discovery through to delivery
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience as a Business Analyst within software delivery, technology or digital transformation environments
✔ Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
✔ Experience writing:
- User Stories
- Acceptance Criteria
- Business Requirements
- Functional Specifications
✔ Strong understanding of:
- Agile / Scrum
- Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC)
- Business Process Mapping
- Requirements Engineering
✔ Experience working alongside:
- Software Engineers
- Product Teams
- Technical Architects
- Delivery Managers
✔ Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:
- APIs and System Integrations
- SaaS Platforms
- Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or similar)
- Data & Analytics projects
- Power BI
- AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI
- Process Automation
- Microsoft Fabric or Databricks
