We’re working with a well-established and growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) that has been supporting customers across the South of England for over 30 years. The business delivers IT Support, Cloud, Microsoft 365, Azure, and modern workplace solutions, and is known for its friendly, collaborative culture and strong technical standards.
They’re now looking for a Senior Security Analyst to play a key role in protecting customer environments, mentoring junior team members, and helping to shape and deliver security solutions across a diverse client base.
What you’ll be doing:
- Monitoring and responding to security alerts and incidents across customer environments
- Supporting security reviews, security helpdesk activity, and the planning and deployment of security solutions
- Monitoring and managing outputs from security platforms and tooling
- Delivering Microsoft 365 security and modern workplace security solutions
- Working on ad-hoc customer projects, including MFA deployments and security consultancy
- Acting as an escalation point and providing mentoring to other members of the security team
What we’re looking for:
- Experience delivering security solutions and architectures aligned to customer requirements, improving security and compliance posture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine passion for cyber and information security
- Proven experience working within an MSP environment, applying security best practices across Microsoft-based estates
- Hands-on experience reviewing customer environments and implementing Cyber Essentials (Standard and Plus) and ISO 27001
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud or on-prem infrastructure
- Experience with vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and remediation
