We are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a dynamic and growing IT support team, delivering high-quality services to a diverse client base.
The Role
You will be responsible for providing 2nd line remote support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work across a broad range of technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line support across desktop, server, and network environments
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalations
- Support Office 365 and Azure environments
- Work closely with internal teams and escalate where required
- Contribute to continuous improvement and technical documentation
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in a 2nd line support role within an IT services environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Office 365, Azure)
- Solid understanding of infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualisation, security)
