Overview

We are looking for a driven and delivery-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Hove. This role is primarily focused on resourcing and delivering across a high volume of live vacancies , working with existing clients to fill roles quickly and effectively.

You will recruit across a broad range of IT positions , including sales, delivery, operational, and technical roles . While new business development is welcomed, this is not a core requirement —the emphasis is on high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple IT vacancies simultaneously across sales, delivery, operational, and technical functions
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct search
• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and priorities
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offers, and placement
