InvenireX is building next-generation molecular analysis technology for nucleic-acid detection and absolute quantification. Our R.O.S.A.L.I.N.D™ platform is being developed for Research Use Only applications across assay development, infectious disease research, translational science, cell and gene therapy, and advanced molecular workflows. We are now moving from deep technical development into disciplined commercial execution. That requires targeted outreach, strong follow-up, clean CRM data, high-quality sales materials, reliable inventory, and operational systems that help the team move faster without chaos.
The Sales & Support Executive will sit at the centre of InvenireX’s commercial engine. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who can learn quickly, stay organised, write clearly, keep systems tidy, and remove friction from senior team members. The role supports the Global Business Development Manager by building prospect lists, running outbound email campaigns, maintaining CRM hygiene, preparing sales and marketing materials, coordinating follow-ups, and helping move prospects from initial interest to structured evaluation. This is not a passive admin role; the right person will become one of the people who keeps the company moving.
Responsibilities
- Commercial Execution and Outbound Sales
- Provide the operating backbone for the commercial team by building and maintaining targeted prospect lists across universities, biotech companies, CROs, translational research groups, advanced therapy companies, and relevant laboratory customers.

- Maintaining CRM records with accurate contact details, stage, next action, owner, notes, and follow-up date.
- Booking meetings for the Global Business Development Manager and senior team.
- Preparing draft email copy, LinkedIn messages, and campaign templates.
- Supporting conference follow-up, lead capture, and post-event outreach.
- Helping convert raw leads into discovery calls, evaluation plans, proposals, or disqualification decisions.
- Tracking outbound activity, response rates, meeting conversion, and pipeline progress.
- Marketing and Sales Materials
- Turn technical and commercial information into clear customer-facing assets by preparing draft sales documents, one-pagers, application notes, customer follow-up materials, and proposal content with input from the wider team.
- Supporting the creation and updating of sales decks, campaign materials, and event collateral.
- Keeping commercial materials organised, current, polished, and aligned with the latest company messaging.
- Commercial Operations Discipline
- Help make the commercial function measurable and controlled by keeping CRM data clean and current.
- Tracking meetings booked, proposals sent, follow-ups due, and next actions.
- Maintaining target-account lists and preparing materials for Monday commercial meetings.
- Chasing internal contributors for information needed in proposals, decks, or follow-ups.
- Ensuring every priority account has a clear next step and helping separate genuine opportunities from vague interest.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales administration or administrative support roles.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience working with HubSpot CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with IT systems and basic troubleshooting is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred but not essential.
