Truly unique opportunity to join a global PE backed sports startup – founded by professional athletes – to support their continued international expansion.

They have built a high-calibre team, with a leadership team assembled from pioneering sporting organisations and global tech giants.

This newly created role will act as a glue between the Events, Operations and Finance teams, whilst owning the budgeting and forecasting process across the global events calendar.

Key Responsibilities as FP&A Analyst:

  • Own event budgets and rolling forecasts in close partnership with operational leads
  • Build and maintain financial models with scenario planning and margin analysis
  • Track actuals vs forecast with variance commentary at event and group level
  • Produce dashboards covering key metrics: cost per participant, sponsorship margin, YoY growth
  • Deliver post-event financial reviews with actionable recommendations
  • Streamline reporting workflows and improve financial data accessibility across teams

Key Requirements:

  • Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • 2+ years in FP&A / management accounting / business partnering OR audit
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communicator with natural relationship building skills
  • A genuine interest / background in sports is essential
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing startup
