Head of Qualified Finance – Private Equity & TMT at Invenire Group
Mid-Market Private Equity

£175-200,000 + very competitive bonus / package

Invenire Group is delighted to be retained by a mid-market Private Equity firm to recruit a Chief Financial Officer on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Founding Partner, the CFO will lead financial oversight of all investment funds and work closely with the investment team and external administrators – ensuring accurate financial and performance reporting to the firm\’s investors.

Key Responsibilities as CFO:

Ownership of quarterly portfolio valuations, including NAV reviews

Oversight of fund accounting, fee calculations and any carried interest

Manage the fund audits and structure tax effectively

Preparation of fund performance packs and investor letters

Work with the CFOs of portfolio companies on financial reporting standards – assisting with financing or refinancing where appropriate

Oversight of risk management and internal control frameworks

Key Experience Required:

Qualified accountant – ACA preferred

c.10-15 years\’ experience – with a demonstrable background in fund finance
