Invenire Group is excited to be partnering with a global Private Equity fund to hire a Spanish-speaking Finance Manager on a 6-12 month contract, based in London.
Key responsibilities:
- Own financial reporting across all portfolio companies within the Group across North America, South America, and UK.
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements for the Holding Company, in a multi-currency and multi-GAAP environment.
- Serve as the key point of contact for portfolio finance teams regarding complex accounting, controls, and tax matters – including companies operating under US GAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP.
Essential requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA preferred)
- Fluent Spanish speaker
- US GAAP experience
