We are seeking a Consolidation-focused Management Accountant to join a well-established financial services organization. This role is a key part of the group finance team, responsible for delivering accurate consolidated reporting and supporting robust financial control across a multi-entity structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated management accounts
  • Ownership of the group consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments
  • Review and analysis of subsidiary results, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Support the preparation of group statutory accounts and audit processes
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis at group level
  • Maintain and enhance consolidation models, systems, and processes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Provide clear financial analysis and insight to support management decision-making

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable experience in group consolidation within a Financial Services or similarly complex environment
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with multiple entities and tight reporting deadlines
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with consolidation tools or ERP systems is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
